- We accept cash and contactless payment.
- The ground floor has level access and accessible toilets.
- We are dog-friendly.
- Strictly no smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping inside the building.
- There is a pay and display car park at the front of the building.
- We are close to all local bus routes and a short walk from the train station.
- We are a historic building, we expect visitors to give the Winter Gardens the respect it deserves.
